Apparently I'm good at making scrambled eggs. This is funny to me because I didn't grow up making eggs. I hated them. I've recently been trying to train myself to like them. But every time I make eggs for Ben, he says, "How do your eggs always turn out so perfect? How do you get them like that?" And when my dad was sick and had no appetite, he always said yes to some of my scrambled eggs saying, "You sure do make a good egg."
Wanna know my secret? I don't really have one. I just know I detest the smell and taste of overcooked eggs so I don't let them get that way, haha.
