Last Week of No School!

I don't know why but I feel the need to capitalize the first letter of words in my titles.

I went to San Francisco this week to spend some time with my SIL and nieces and help Alyssa get her visa. It was so fun. The weather was gorgeous. My SIL is a great cook, I always feel so healthy and satisfied when I eat her food.

Favorite quotes of the trip:
Gretchen: Sydney, are you taller than my daddy?
Me: No, I don't think so.
Gretchen: Are you sure? Because you are kind of a big woman.
Me:...Thanks Gretchen...

Gretchen to the heavy set man sweating profusely in TJMaxx: How do you get those drops on your head?
Man: Oh, eh, these? I'm sweating...

We spent a lot of time at Crissy Field flying kites, playing in the ocean, and lounging about. We had delicious ice cream at Mitchell's. We played at the Golden Gate playground. We went to see the Palace of Fine Arts. We walked from Chinatown to the Embarcerado, then to the Wharf, Ghiradelli Square, Lombard St., and Little Italy. In case you were wondering, we walked 5 miles. We tried some new cuisine at Fattoush. What can I say, it was a fun-filled week. It makes me excited to move there next year... just kidding. But I sure hope we do :).
