Ok, just in case anyone is out there and you followed my stories about my "poo free" experiment, I will follow up on it. Bottom line: I hated it. I did it for about a month and I felt like my hair was brittle and unmanageable and super thick and it never looked shiny. I just hated it. The second that I went back to normal shampoo my hair looked so much better. Its kinda sad cause I was excited about the aspect of not having to pay for shampoo. However, I'd much rather pay for shampoo than have my hair look and feel the way it did. Bleh. "Poo free" is not for me.
