Angel's Landing

So for my online geology class we have to do a report on a national park and visit it.  

I decided to do Zion since it is only 45 minutes away and though it'd be fun to hike Angel's Landing.  

Ben had never done it before and I'd only done it once but thought it was a lot of fun.  

Our new friends Paul and Jael went with us and it was a lot of fun!

So the funniest thing about this trip is that Ben was a total wimp! haha. He wouldn't go anywhere near the edge and kept yelling "Sydney you need to hold onto the chains!!" when there wasn't a chain for 

me to hold onto. 

He is totally afraid of heights. He never wants to do this hike again and since we got home he has been calling everyone he knows telling them how it almost ended his life. Drama queen! haha. 

He also keeps looking up statistics on how many people have died there and trying to convince me that even expert hikers don't attempt it.  I just laugh, especially since we went on a holiday and they practically needed two lanes cause there were so many people up there. And some people were pretty obviously not expert hikers. Haha so funny...love ya Ben :)
