Yesterday was Hub's birthday and he spent the whole day doing homework. I wanted to do something fun so I decided to make some pies and invite friends over. But my plan failed. Big time. The good news is, I could tell that it was going to fail, so I didn't invite anyone over afterall. I tried to make a banana cream pie and a coconut cream pie, but they never set up :(.
Fail.
My poor husband had to console me on his birthday because I was so upset about being a failure of a housewife. Haha, I'm a dork.

that is so funny. Sad, but funny. Mostly cuz I can relate: Paul's last birthday, I tried to make him a carrot cake and I was so stoked about it. Then it fell. Seriously, it was a pancake in the middle. Sigh. I guess we both fail. :)
