Lately, I've been entering a lot of blog giveaways. I figure if I enter all of them, I am bound to win sometime, right? Well a few weeks ago it happened, I won a giveaway. I won a CD mix from Passionista and it brightened up my life. Let me clarify, merely the fact that I won a giveaway brightened up my life, but the CD was even better.

I was talking about it for days and just as my husband was about to die of annoyance, the mix came in the mail. And I. Love. It. I haven't had a new CD in forever so this one will likely be in my car stereo for the next year or so.

There is this one song on the CD (the first song, to be exact) that gets stuck in my head real easy. In fact, it's stuck in my head right now and that may or may not be why I decided to write this post. Anyway, the song goes like this, "Hold me, hold me, hold meeeeee," at the beginning. And I love it. I bet you can't guess what this song is called... wow, you did guess it. It's called Hold Me and it's by St. Lola in the Fields.

So now my husband doesn't have to be annoyed by me talking about my giveaway win. Instead, he can be annoyed when I randomly sing, "hold me, hold me, hold meeeee," every five minutes. Cause everyone knows you don't have a healthy marriage unless your husband is annoyed by you.

Ahhh, isn't it amazing how music can change your whole mood?
