Do you ever have those days when you leave the house thinking your hair looks fine, only to return home after three hours of church and realize it looks like shat? I had one of those days today. Moving on...
It has been a rather spidery day today. The lady sitting in front of us at church had a spider in her hair. Once Hub pointed it out to me, I couldn't take my eyes off of it. I was not about to ignore it and then find it on me a few minutes later. No siree. When she tipped her head back to take the sacrament, the spider was like this close to me and I freaked out a little. We sat there debating what to do. We weren't sure if we should just tell her quietly, that's a gamble because she could shriek and start flailing around. Finally, I just tapped her on the shoulder and told her to come out in the hall with me, then I knocked it out of her hair. She handled it very well, much better than I would have, that's for sure.
Then as we were pulling up to our apartment on our way home from church, Ben saw a spider in my car. This didn't come as much of a surprise to me because lately I have been clearing spiderwebs out of my car every day, I just could never find the little bugger. So hopefully that took care of that. Unless the spider laid eggs in my car or something *shudder*.
I've had that paranoid feeling like bugs are crawling on me all day today. I probably just gave it to you didn't I? Your welcome.
{Post Edit} Just saw a spider crawling along the couch out of the corner of my eye. Ben came and killed it for me. 3 spider encounters in one day is 3 too many for me.
