Alright peeps,
On December 21st my sister-in-law Michelle is getting married. I am a bridesmaid and my dress is a size 2. Size 2 people. This means I cannot afford to gain any holiday weight. So I've come up with a game plan to make sure this doesn't happen. Plus I figure since I am going to school to be a personal trainer, I might as well share some fitness tidbits with you. Who wants to do it with me??
Game plan:
-Pilates (abs), everyday
-Pilates (abs), everyday
-Bulgarian split squats (3 sets of 15), everyday
-A green smoothie, everyday
-Yoga every Thursday
-3 Liters of water, everyday
-Cardio as often as possible, hopefully 2-3 days a week
(this has been hard lately with work)
And when I say everyday on the exercising, it means everyday {except} Sunday. I don't exercise on Sundays.

Monday-Yoga & Body works (weight lifting) 2 hrs.
Tuesday-Water Aerobics or kick boxing
Wednesday-Body Works-Weightlifitng
Thursday-Water Aerobics or Yoga
Friday-Yoga & Step
Saturday Yoga
Sunday-REST! :)
Side note.. the reason for the water aerobics is it's good for my low back as I go through physical therapy but also I am teaching the class. ha ha so I might as well get in with them!! I'm so excited to see what the end results are. Good luck and keep us posted!!! luv ya.

I neeeeed to do this. for sure. my favorite green monster (smoothie, that is) is almond milk, spinach, banana, and peanut butter! yyyuummm!

Todd and I are doing a little exercise/diet thing too! we get a free day once a week to eat whatever we want and not exercise, so it makes it bearable! im sure you will look stunning in your size 2 dress :)
I have no idea what Bulgarian split squats are, but it sounds like the it will be really amazing, and also a little hairy. I'm in.
