The Pizza Cart

Every Friday night for the past, oh, 10 weeks, Ben and I have gone here for dinner.

The Pizza Cart. I'll try not to talk it up too much because I hate it when people do that, but it's delicious. This guy basically built this oven out of the mud in his backyard and then welded a chimney onto it. He burns some wood inside and cooks you the best pizza you've had in your life (is that talking it up too much?). 

We always get our classic margherita pizza made with thin crust, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mmmm perfection. 

What's that now? You want a closer look? Oh, ok. 

As if the wood-fired pizza isn't good enough, they have really worked hard to perfect their recipe and it has paid off. They have a huge group of loyal "regulars" like us. 

Am I making your mouth water?

As you can tell from the picture above, it is nearing the end of the semester. Which means I have ZERO motivation to get ready for school in the mornings. Good thing it's Thanksgiving next week, eh?
